From S$35 a unit

We wash, repair and look after air-conditioners in HDB flats and condos. Tidy, unhurried, and honest about what your unit actually needs.

01 · The name

Teduh is Malay for the shade under a tree at midday. It’s what a well-kept aircon should feel like: cool, quiet, and never the thing you think about.

02 · Signs it’s time

Your unit is telling you.

01

Water drips from the indoor unit

Usually a blocked drain pan or tray. Most often fixed in one visit.

02

It cools slower than it used to

Dusty filters and coils make the compressor work harder for less cold air.

03

A musty smell when it starts

Mould in the blower wheel. A chemical wash clears it at the source.

04

Louder at night than before

A loose panel, a tired fan motor, or debris caught in the outdoor unit.

03 · Prices, in full

What we do, and what it costs.

Prices are for wall-mounted units. You see the full price before we start, nothing is added on site without your yes, and you pay after the work is done.

04 · The visit

Every visit ends with two numbers.

  1. Measure first

Before anything is opened, we hold a thermometer to the vent and write the number down. That is your before.

  2. Protect the room

Sheeting under every unit, covers on our shoes, furniture moved with care and put back where it was.

  3. Clean what matters

Filters, coil, blower and drain, then the outdoor condenser. Photos of each part come to you on WhatsApp.

  4. Measure again

The after goes on your receipt beside the before. If the difference isn’t there, we aren’t finished.

05 · Looking after it

Every three months, without remembering.

Most homes here run the aircon every night. A service every three to four months keeps it cold and cheap to run. Tell us once, and we’ll message you when it’s due.

  • —No contract, and nothing that renews itself.
  • —Pay for each visit after it is done.
  • —Skip or move a visit with one message.

06 · Questions

Asked often.

How often should I service?

Every three to four months if the aircon runs daily, every six months if it’s used now and then. A unit that smells or drips needs a chemical wash, not just a general service.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. Someone over 18 should let us in and see both vent readings for themselves. That’s the point of them.

What if the problem comes back?

If the same fault returns within 30 days of our work, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Which systems do you work on?

Wall-mounted split and multi-split systems from all the common makers. Ceiling cassettes by arrangement.

How do I pay?

PayNow, card or cash, after the work is done and you’ve seen the numbers. No deposits for servicing.
